Ribs. If you have an autopsy buffet, a plastic or rubber skeleton on the counter or table can be an effective prop. Place a crock pot where the ribs or intestines should be and serve country style or bone-in ribs from it.
Make plenty of ice cubes in your own freezer before the party. Place tiny plastic insects, like ants or spiders, in the trays and freeze. For best results, allow the cubes to freeze a little before placing the toys in them. The layer of ice that’s forming on the surface will help the plastic objects remain in the cubes longer.
