Decent Quality, Come Complete These ship flat but it takes a minute or so to carefully separate each strand so it will hang. There are only 3 with graphics – but each graphic is double sided with a different character (e.g., Cleo is on the back of Draculaura). 3 of the ends of the streamers are just foil symbols – Draculaura’s lips, Frankie’s bolt, and Clawdeen’s paw print. The rest are just plain streamers with no branding.In all, I was pleased with the purchase and my daughter and her friends loved them as well.

My daughter is in the stage of being in love with monster high so we had it as the theme for her birthday party. They were fun to have, but not easy to hang, opening the spirles we were worried they would be pulled off of the “head”.

It made the party so much fun! My daughter loved it.Very shiny and pretty, all the guest wanted to take them home
